Dr Kizza Besigye has been dismissed as a bad LOOSER.The Dr in da past 3 elections has not won in his home region of Kigezi n more seriously his home district of Rukungiri.yes he lost in Rukungiri not bcoz he is not a leader but becoz of the intimitations and the intensified patronage there,in simple terms Rukungiri is the home to the GOVERNMENT of the Day..Army Commander,commisioner of prisons,URA boss,the Deputy secretary to the treasury,serving ministers like jimi muhinzi and many retired pals of museveni are from Rukungiri.The big men have been paying school fees to the children of Rukunjiri,they have been roamin the churches and giving out money.now in such a set precedent will anyone survive? Where will the Dr get the suport?..dash out the money aimed at his intimidation and the many lies propageted to bring him down politicaly not forgeting that this is Africa where psychopancy rules.Dr Besigye 2 me u r not a looser but a WINNER.

Dr Besigye had promises to increase agriculture financing to enable farmers add value to their produce. He proposed to increase his government’s investment in the sector from the current 3.8 per cent to 12 per cent to reflect its importance in the economy.
Additionally he proposed to set up cooperatives to increase sale of crops and increase rural incomes and also guaranteed market for strategic agricultural products.On job creation, Dr Besigye said if elected, he’ll establish cottage and agro-processing industries to absorb untapped skilled labour presently being churned out by universities and technical/vocational institutions. That would spur agricultural productivity and economic growth through forward-and backward linkages,he mentioned about investing in ICT.The truth is that Dr Besigye is a leader minus the oppotunity,but Dr dont give up,there is always a tommoroww.
